Full Service Design
Whether it’s a renovation, new build, or a simple refresh, we handle everything from start to finish. Our 8-step process ensures the experience runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping everything on track from initial consultation to final touches. You’ll get a beautiful space that perfectly reflects your style, needs, and personality without having to lift a finger.
Process Breakdown
Phase 1: Project Initiation
The consultation is a 1-2 hour on-site session with Lauren to review your space, confirm the scope of work and initiate design ideas. Photographs and initial measurements will be taken.
Phase 2: Design
We will host a virtual meeting to show you our initial concept of the design, as well as review the preliminary budget. Rough numbers will be discussed, but we won’t have anything firm at this point.
Based off of your feedback at the concept review, we will invite necessary trades to come to your home to take measurements and gather ideas and quotes for your project. We will try our best to get this done in one day, but this step could span a few different days. Trades include contractors, kitchen specialists, window coverings etc.
We will present our design to you in your space. This package will include construction drawings, elevations, full selections and more. One round of revisions is included if required.
Revisions will be submitted by you via email within one week of the design presentation date. Once those have been received we will do our best to come up with suitable alternatives within a four week timeframe.
We will submit our revisions to you for approval via email or in-person meeting, depending on what is required. The project will not move forward until the presentation is approved.
Phase 3: Project Implementation
Orders are places, trades are hired and installations begin.
Once all the hard finishes and construction are complete, we come in with all the soft furnishings and put it all together. Finally, you get to see all your decisions come to life!
We review the completed space and rectify any issues or deficiencies. All accounts are reconciled and you are presented with a project binder with all the details and drawings from the design
